What not to do when you wake up
Your friend is healthy, so what is the first thing you do when you wake up every day? Feel free to comment below. Perhaps someone will open Facebook right away, or his WA right away, or Instagram right away, or take a selfie before waking up. Has anyone done something like this? I often get the question "What should I do when I wake up?". or question:
"Look, do I do this and that?" First question is:
"Can I take a shower when I wake up?"
There is a song that says, "I wake up and take a shower...". can you really do it? So don't take a shower right away. Better sit down for a while. get up slowly Especially for those who suffer from orthostatic hypotension. What is orthostatic hypotension? That's why I get dizzy when I stand up suddenly. I feel like I'm about to fall.
Such a person needs to sit down when he gets up. Wait a minute or two, then stand up. Then run another activity. So I don't sleep all night, put on a warm blanket, and wake up suddenly. I enter on 07.15 but wake up on 07.10. Then you jump out of bed and take a quick cold shower. Then there are temperature changes that are not good for the body. Now let's move on to the second question. "Can I have coffee as soon as I wake up?"
If it's relative, yes..but my advice is to drink water first.Give your body time to absorb the water and then eat other foods. So is coffee. But again, everyone is different. Everyone has a different stomach tolerance to caffeine. People who cannot tolerate drinking coffee directly should not drink it right away.
You may want to switch to tea with less caffeine. Or you can eat first. You can drink coffee after dinner. Now back to my personal story. Everyone is different. Please be strong. But for most of us, our stomachs can't handle that caffeine. "Can I have lemon juice when I wake up?"
My answer is similar to the previous discussion on coffee. Everyone is different. Some people tolerate lemon bitterness, others do not. It is best to drink a glass or 1.5-2 glasses of water first. Hydrate your body first. You didn't drink water in the middle of the night. With 8 hours of sleep, you can have up to 10 hours without liquid intake. During that time, your room may be air conditioned and your body may be evaporating a lot of water, which is also through your breath. Especially when you wake up, go straight to the bathroom to urinate. So put the liquid in first, then eat other food.
And then I have one more question. "Can I have wine or beer when I wake up?" I think it's rare in Asia. But when you watch western movies like America or Europe, there are a lot of people who wake up, sit down, open the fridge, have a glass of wine or beer, and drink right away. Is it actually possible or not? Again, our customs in Asia are different there. Perhaps the price of water there is much more expensive than alcohol and wine. But if you're in Asia, it's best to get clean water first.
Also, people who like to drink wine or alcohol should not drink on an empty stomach. Because it is not good for digestion. That said, I'm not saying you should drink wine or alcohol. However, if you plan to drink both of these drinks, it's best to avoid them when you've just woken up. It's not good for your health.
Now for the last question. "Can I get up and sleep again?" If so, it's up to you. If you work late, please sleep well. But when your work schedule approaches, you need to take a short break, sit down, and then drink some water. If you want to pray, please pray and give thanks. Then do your activity. Okay, maybe this was just a quick rundown of what I should and shouldn't do when I wake up. What about using social media?
Your use of social media is up to you. So if work is really long after you've sat down, you can browse social media. My advice, however, is to read the positive things. But what do most of us open to when we wake up? Negative news. This artist is divorced or hot political news. After all, your mood is shaped from the moment you wake up. Having read negative news puts you in a bad mood for the rest of the day. My advice is better not to have to. Look for positive news, be grateful, eat breakfast, and you'll be fine in the office.
