Unfortunately, there are many young children in Indonesia who are already overweight or obese from an early age. Even though they are young, they are still children and may have dangerous diseases. Such as diabetes, childhood obesity, childhood diabetes, depression, hypertension, and insulin resistance leading to failure to thrive.
That's why children grow normally, not sideways. This, too, requires the attention of all of us. Especially for parents who are educating their children to eat good food. Obesity has underlying psychological and physiological reasons. But obesity has a fundamental problem. So it's a question between energy intake and energy expenditure. What is intake energy? Energy intake is the amount of energy you get from the foods and drinks you consume on a daily basis. Energy expenditure, on the other hand, is the amount of energy your body needs to properly move, breathe, regulate body temperature, and rest.
All of these require calories or energy. So here there is an imbalance between the amount of energy you take in and the energy you take in along with the energy you use. increase. Humans are an evolving species. Ancient people engaged in more physical activity.
To find food, they need to hunt and grow crops so they can get food. Although today everything is instantaneous. Even if you want to buy food, just pick up your smartphone and order. So you sit and rest automatically. Meanwhile, energy is constantly coming in because food is more readily available. They are sold in packs, so you can drive while eating. The result is an excess of energy intake in the body. This is the real reason why many people in Indonesia are obese. Emotions are also associated with obesity. So our hormonal system responds to negative emotions. We discussed this in a previous article on how excessive stress and anxiety affect health. Stress and negative emotions have also been shown to affect overall health. It can confuse the systems in your body. One of them is the endocrine system.
Therefore, when stressed, it disrupts the hormones in the body and slows down the metabolism in the body. I was being chased and making a living. So stress really helps them to carry out their hunting activities.
But in today's life, stress actually makes you eat more. Stress actually slows down your body's metabolism. And the last thing that happens is the accumulation of fat in the body. When you're stressed, your body releases hormones to protect itself from stress. Your body stores your energy, so eventually there is fat storage/accumulation in your body.
I have a hard time losing weight when things like this happen. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), obesity is actually the result of water retention in the body. It is also a result of decreased function of the spleen tissue and decreased metabolism in the body.

Many people advise not to eat anything. However, I recommend eating raw tofu or apples every day. Or don't eat it at all. So this is actually wrong. But when you do this, you're actually doing the opposite of the metabolic system in your body. Following a diet like this can lead to weight loss in a matter of days or weeks. But like a yo-yo, we'll be back.
And we all don't want that to happen. Recommended for those who want to create a diet program with a balanced diet that uses plenty of organic foods. So what I mean is a diet where you eat food without preservatives or flavorings.Then eat on your schedule, a regular schedule. If you can eat 5 times a day. You're like, "Why five times a day?
