    However, many Indonesians have the misconception that eating rice = gaining weight. Therefore, when you eat rice, fat accumulates. In my opinion this is wrong. why? Because the fat is not actually from rice. So it's not the wrong rice.

    But by how many calories you consumed that day. And those calories accumulate every day. There are many people who think, "If I go out, I won't eat rice." When I go out to eat with my friends, I always choose something different. But they choose other foods for the most part. For example, I don't eat rice, but I do eat pizza. I eat pasta, french fries, etc. I will share a little I have a patient who is a mother. I am coming to Surabaya from overseas.

He loves going to fast food restaurants with his children. And he complained:

    I mean, this mom doesn't really understand the concept of accumulating calories in a day. When she eats too much, she gets too many calories, exceeding the calories in rice. So if you want to learn, look it up.

    How many calories per 100 grams of rice compared to french fries, pasta, or other fast food? Less rice is better. But that doesn't mean that by cutting back on rice, you'll actually be eating other foods—large amounts of fast food—of course, this will increase your body's calories.

    Then, in my opinion, the second ridiculous diet is to eat only raw tofu.The raw tofu diet is popular in South Korea. After all, many Indonesians imitated it, but it was a "mistake". Why is it wrong? Tofu that can be eaten raw is a type of silken tofu.

    Indonesian tofu is sold in supermarkets and traditional markets, while Chinese-style tofu is tofu. Or tofu, usually soaked in water. Tofu should not be eaten raw. If you stick to eating it raw, you may resist at first. However, over time, it can adversely affect your health. Especially pregnant women should not eat raw tofu.

    Here, we will discuss the effects of consuming raw tofu continuously while on a diet without consuming other foods.In fact, our bodies need more than just tofu. If you continue like this, you may lose weight in the first month and first week. However, if you consume raw tofu continuously, you will experience another nutritional deficiency. For example, you will be deficient in fiber, deficient in other vitamins and minerals, deficient in energy from carbohydrates, etc. So it's bad for your health. For example, you may lose bone strength or lose a lot of hair. Then there is the hormonal imbalance.

    In women, menstruation may also be irregular. And you will experience a mood disorder or something. In fact, eating tofu is good. But that doesn't mean eating raw tofu every morning, noon, and night for several months.So my advice is to try to change your diet. Then, in my opinion, the third silly diet is to only consume one apple each day. This is the same as the tofu diet mentioned earlier. Actually, eating apples is good. However, eating only apples non-stop every day is not good for your health. The description is almost the same. Lack of nutrients from other foods.

    Lack of energy from carbohydrates. You will be protein deficient. And it affects your body. Then the fourth ridiculous diet is the one where you eat only supplements without eating other real foods.

    Here's why I think this diet is wrong. Because the human body is designed to eat real food. For example, if every morning, noon, and night he takes only one cup of supplement and continues the next day, what is your tooth good for?

    Therefore, the enzymes in the mouth are not working. You might ask a healthy friend, "What are supplements good for?" When Should I Take Supplements? Therefore, dietary supplements are additional foods that we eat when the staple food does not adequately meet the nutritional needs of the body for the day.

    If you weigh 60 kg, you should of course need about 60 g of protein each day. An example for you office workers. Don't eat breakfast because you have to hurry. You can take supplements to meet your morning protein needs.

    But you still have to eat during the day. You still have to eat in the evening. Broadly speaking, I'll give you the numbers for the details. Some people may need 60 grams of protein, but they only consume about 40 grams of protein a day. I didn't have time. Dietary supplements can be added to compensate for deficiencies. Made from soy milk, cow milk, almond milk, etc., it can meet your daily protein needs.The same goes for fiber supplements and other nutritional supplements.
